"PREDATOR" BAND BLADES positive sharpening 10° BIMETALLIC 10% Cobalt

H=27 Z=2/3 with teeth HSS-M51 10%Co

it has a high wear resistance, specific for stainless steel and tempered steel cutting

since in the structure of the cusps of the teeth there are particularly homogeneous quantities of carbides of high hardness. The alloy steel band with about 4% chromium is a guarantee of excellent torsion resistance.

Heavy profiles

The cutting speed is adjusted according to the hardness and the type of section to be cut. The greater the hardness, the slower the speed must be. Small sections require more speed than large sections.

Feed: depends on the material section.

Large sections require high pressure. Thin-walled pipes and profiles are sawn with low pressure if possible with constant feed.
