In particular, the CBN adjustment allows you to precisely define the relief (dorsal, secondary and axial) by sizing them on each of the different sizes of the countersinks. In this way the best chip evacuation is obtained without vibrations for highly concentric countersinks with surfaces without burrs and perfectly smoothed. TIN coating provides better performance and leads to longer tool
